Shipping methods and costs? We ship worldwide using Xpress Post and FedEx, no exceptions. These are the only two available methods of shipping from Canada which will allow us to give you a tracking number with every order. We want to make sure that your order reaches you safely. We offer free worldwide shipping via Xpress Post to all addresses on all orders. FedEx is a faster but more expensive way to ship, so an additional shipping charge will be made on orders that choose FedEx as their shipping method.
How long will it take to receive my order? Allowing for customs, Xpress Post deliveries usually arrive in 5-7 days. FedEx depends upon your location but will usually be delivered within 48 hours. If you need the faster method please e-mail us before you place your order so we can get you the price quote.
What about sales tax? You will only pay sales tax if you live in Canada. Quebec residents will pay the standard 12.5% taxes on all items. All other Canadian provinces must pay 5% sales tax. This will be factored into your total when you proceed through checkout.
Payment Information
How do I pay? We prefer Paypal since this is the safest and quickest way for us to receive your payment. You can pay directly from your own Paypal account or use any major credit card. Please note that you do NOT need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card using Paypal. We also accept personal checks from Canadian and US buyers but we'll wait until your cheque has cleared before we ship your order ( it usually takes 5 business days ). Other International customers must pay using Paypal. Direct payment through Paypal is usually processed on the same day and will allow us to have your item shipped much sooner.

What currency do you accept? All of our prices are listed in USD which is why we cannot accept Personal Checks from Overseas buyers. If you live in Canada and would like to pay by Personal Check, e-mail us and we will do the conversion for you.
