This steampunk circus inspired design is made from black slinky knit, black satin, sparkly black mesh and striped black/silver satin. The lined bra is black velour with silver foil stars. We added silver star sequins to the front and ruched one side of the skirt for a nice 'poof'. Ties in a bow halter style for a comfortable fit. Length from shoulder to bottom is approx. 32".  A lovely dress for a party or a night out.
